Millennium Trust allows self-directed IRA owners to hold certain types of private equity investments, including C corporation stock, limited partnerships, limited liability companies and unit investment trusts.
There are some types of private equity investments Millennium Trust will not permit in a self-directed IRA, including but not limited to: single-member limited liability companies*, general partnerships, limited liability partnerships, working interests, stock of S-corporations or foreign corporations.
