Millennium Trust offers self directed investment capabilities and access to a wide variety of non-proprietary products including traditional assets such as stocks, bonds and mutual funds, as well as alternative assets.
► The Relationship Manager (RM) should have a proven track record of success with 3 to 5 years of solid financial services sales and/or relationship management experience. This person will work closely with the Regional Director (RD) to whom they are assigned. The RD is a senior role and is responsible for the overall strategic business development plan and the establishment of new relationships in their region. The RM will be responsible for uncovering opportunities from existing relationships assigned by the RD and Managing Director and developing new relationships on their own.
► The Senior Regional Account Manager (SR. RAM) must have a proven track record of success with 3 to 5 years of solid financial services experience. This person will be responsible for a variety of client service and sales support as well as marketing functions including communicating with RIAs, banks and individual prospects and clients. The SR. RAM will develop ongoing relationships with key clients and act as the point person for onboarding of all new clients by working closely with the ASG and Client Service teams.
► This person is responsible for direct verbal and written communications with Automatic Rollover IRAs, Plan Sponsors, Record-Keepers and Third Party Administrators. The role also assumes the primary responsibility of interacting with all the necessary internal Millennium departments to resolve client requests or answer any inquiries related to their account activity and investments. Through verbal and written communications, the person develops, strengthens and maintains a positive relationship with our clients and firm associates.
► The Alternative Investments Client Service Account Administrator is responsible for providing inbound and outbound call servicing and operational support to individual investor clients. Daily activity will include assisting clients with financial transactions, researching client inquiries which can range from new business inquiries to questions regarding account statements and required filings (1099-R, 5498, etc.), account transfers, distributions, online assistance and managing the overall client experience with Millennium Trust Company (MTC).
► The position is responsible for servicing institutional, non-advisor clients and large, high-profile investment sponsor relationships, including those that invest in non-traditional asset types such as peer-to-peer loans and crowdfunding opportunities in addition to offering support to the existing institutional team as needed.
► This person will be responsible for opening new accounts, reviewing and processing any incoming ACH, wires and checks related to automatic rollover activity. This also includes the responsibility to ensure the activity related to these processes are properly recorded within the Trust Accounting System and solving any issues that may arise in the course of these processes. Through verbal and written communication, this person will need to develop, strengthen and maintain a positive relationship with Plan Sponsors, Recordkeepers and Third Party Administrators. The role also assumes the primary responsibility of interacting with all internal departments to resolve client requests or answer any inquiries.
